Cooks & Co are based in Peebles in the Scottish Borders. They regularly cater for events in the Borders as well as in Edinburgh and Glasgow for a mixture of both private and corporate clients. As well as this they cater for weddings in a range of settings from Dome tents to Castles, which can be seen on their Venues page.

Rachael has extensive experience as a chef having spent time with Gary Rhodes at the Greenhouse in London then moving to Bibendum and working with Simon Hopkinson followed by 2 Star Michelin restaurant, The Square. After moving to Scotland and having a family Rachael first worked for Michael Muir (former owner of Cooks & Co) in his Delicatessen and then joined the outside catering company 15 years ago.
ALISON WATTS
CO-OWNER AND CHEF
Alison has extensive experience working for private clients as a freelance chef and first met Michael (former owner) when she provided produce for him to sell in his Delicatessen. After having a family she worked part time at a local children’s nursery and set up a new scheme to provide healthy home cooked meals complying with Government nutritional guidelines, the first of its kind in the Borders.
